The PWFC Volunteer Management Committee is dedicated to attracting and retaining a core, skills-based volunteer committee whose members generously contribute their time, energy, and expertise to support the club. These volunteers are essential in upholding transparency, accountability, and responsible decision-making—principles that ensure PWFC’s long-term stability. The committee oversees the development and execution of a strategic plan, acting as the club’s compass to guide PWFC toward its goals, adapt to changing circumstances, and seizing new opportunities.
